Pre-Design phase is one of the most critical phases of the construction projects as it defines the direction of the projects. Feasibility Studies
With the feasibility studies, we ensure that your design plan is applicable to the realities in the field. Our experiences in various Design-Build projects across different infrastructures provide our clients with technical feasibility and integrated solutions that is aligned to regulatory compliance and structural requirement; including the choices of materials and finishes and/or alternatives that are suitable for the construction conditions.
Budget Forecasting
We know that in project building, unpredictable events and constraints can disrupt a plan. Budget Forecasting helps clients to have a thorough understanding of the cost aspect from the feasibility studies before moving on to the Design Stage.
